I think that this morning was actually a shade harder than the morning of the Counties 50, so I'm quite pleased with a 10 min improvement: riding to work is paying off!
Chrystal did not have a good day, Jen did a storming ride, Simon blew out with 4 miles to go & Pete was the only one to go quicker on the 2nd lap. Andy improved his 50 time slightly and looked fresh as a daisy at the finish (yeah, right). The nice thing about racing is that it is wonderful when you stop!!!!
We all enjoyed breakfast at Tesco's after.
Jen effectively did her fastest 25 of the year for the first lap, and her final time is almost exactly the same speed as her current 25 time.
